Does Chezier connect to Airbnb?
You do not need an integration to start. Each property gets a guest link and QR code that you can add to your existing Airbnb arrival message and printed welcome material. Platform integrations can be added separately as they become available.
Do guests need to install an app?
No. Guests can open their stay companion from a link or QR code without installing anything. The Chezier iPhone app is coming soon for guests who want to keep the stay experience close at hand. It will remain free for guests and will never be required for entry.
Can I manage several properties?
Yes. Your host workspace keeps the right welcome, Wi-Fi, appliances, local tips, known issues and escalation path with each property. Portfolio-wide standards can be reused without making every home feel the same.
How does annual billing work?
Monthly billing is EUR 19 per property. Annual billing is EUR 190 per property for the year, equal to two months free. You select the number of properties before secure checkout.
Should I store door codes in Chezier?
By default, no. Keep door codes in Airbnb, Booking.com, or your existing secure message channel. A Chezier Stay Pass unlocks the guide and Wi-Fi for the booked dates; a static property QR code never reveals a door code. Hosts can later opt into dedicated, per-stay access codes when their lock setup supports it.
Can I cancel?
Monthly subscriptions can be cancelled before the next renewal. Annual subscriptions remain active through the paid year and renew yearly unless cancelled. Final terms are shown again in Stripe Checkout.
